A simple refund for the inedible portion of my meal (which swiftly ended up in my trash can) would have been satisfactory and easier for both parties, but the staff was absolutely no help in this department. They're generally decent enough, but good luck if you run into any issues with the quality of their food, as their customer service skills are lacking.
And, as many other reviews have mentioned, expect around a ten to fifteen minute wait in an inconveniently located parking spot that often blocks the people behind you from comfortably reaching the drive-thru window. You would think this wait would suggest that their food is made fresh to order, but my experience says otherwise.February 11, 2017
