  Found plastic in my avocado bennie. It was most of a broken bread tie and I bit right into it. I had our waiter just take the food away. I kept the waffle I got on the side after that, but checked before I ate that after what I found earlier. There was plastic on the waffle too. A different kind like from a plastic package or something. They refunded my meal, but I am still here hungry. Barely got to eat anything. Not happy. Be more careful when preparing food next time. I will not be returning.

  I worked here for a long time. Why does the service suck so bad? A lot of people hate to work here, in this store, and as a result, people hate to eat here. The exception might be weekend mornings, when the best are working, but the store is packed, so service is likely to be slower.
  
  You want good service? It might not be your job as a customer, but let the server know you understand their job sucks, be nice, and tip well. Not everything is their fault, but if you're a decent person, servers often will go an extra mile.
  
  Having eaten the food many shifts, I can say this: It's decent if you get it while it's hot. It's IHOP. You've had it once, you've had it a million times. I still get the craving for pancakes from time to time, but when I do, I also have flashbacks to feeling like I've been covered in syrup by the end of every shift.
