  THE ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA DELIVER COMPANY IN BRYANT ARKANSAS! They are unable to deliver a pizza in less than 1 1/2 hours. This is one of those times when your Tracker technology is your worst enemy. My pizza is made and baked and then sits in a warmer for 45 mins because there are no drivers to deliver. Are you kidding me? This happens all the time. That's it! I am done! Domino's is permanently fired and off my family's list. Yes delivery is nice when you need it but not like this!

  If you promise delivery in 40-50 minutes and I call you an hour later to find that the pizza is not in the oven, telling me that you can have a pizza to me in another 45 minutes is not good customer service. I tell you to cancel the order. You chose to then put me on the phone with a manager who promises that I am so important that he can have that pizza to me in...wait for it...45 minutes! Somehow that is supposed to win back a customer? When something happens to prevent an order from being filled, a customer should be notified. Terrible way to go to bed hungry when I could have just gone to someone else an hour ago. Train your customer service pros better and make wrongs right.
