  We used to go eat here once or twice a week almost every week and mostly had good service when the old owner owned this franchise. Since the ownership has changed I absolutely try my best to go anywhere but here (unfortunately my children really like their sandwiches when made correctly). Probably 3 out of 4 times they get my order wrong and my order isn't a hard one. Turkey sandwich on wheat, plain, meat and cheese only. You would think I've ordered something crazy because they can't help but mess it up. I usually get all the toppings on it but lately they've really tried to step up the confusion and I've received turkey and ham, no cheese; turkey and cheese with mayo. I've probably gone here 3 times the last 2 months and all three times it was WRONG!! Such a shame because it used to be my favorite sandwich place. Can't imagine it staying around for much longer.

  Great food but dinning area was dirty , never got greated, I had to tell the cashier I was ready to order after walking up to the register while she stood there and looking at me not saying anything to me.

  Ordered a medium steak and cheese sub for a late lunch and it took twenty minutes to make. If the places was crowded then I could understand the time to make it, but it was not busy. From what I could see there were only two orders being made and one was mine. The floor and tables were dirty and the service was slow. This will be the last time I eat at this establishment. Sad...
